1.5 oz Holladay White Dog
4.0 oz Apple Cider
4.0 oz Jalapeno Slices
1 Cinnamon Stick

Muddle jalapeno slices, add ingredients with ice. Shake and strain in a chilled martini glass. top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

1.0 oz Platte Valley Fireshine
4.0 oz Apple Cider
1 Cinnamon Stick

Build over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1.5 oz Fresh Lime juice
1.0 oz Agave Nectar
1.0 oz Orange Juice
1 Fresh Lime

Shake above ingredients with ice, serve in a highball glass with salted rim. Garnish with a lime.

1 dash Pepper
1/4 Fresh Lime
1 Olive

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain in a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or olive.
